On February 9th, SIDTEK., Beijing Nedejia Display Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Chenxin Era Technology Co., Ltd. signed a tripartite strategic cooperation agreement. Zhao Zhengtao, Chairman of SIDTEK., and Liu Shengfang, Deputy General Manager; Duan Jiaxi and Wang Yang, co founders of Beijing Nedejia; Xu Aiguo, General Manager of Shenzhen Chenxin Era, and Chen Yaoxin, Sales Manager, attended the signing ceremony.
Based on the principles of complementary advantages and long-term cooperation, SIDTEK, Nedejia, and Chenxin Era jointly established the "Joint Laboratory for the Application of Core Technologies in Headwear Display" (hereinafter referred to as the "Joint Laboratory"), relying on this joint laboratory to jointly develop and sell headwear display products. SIDTEK will rely on the existing 8-inch production line and the upcoming 12-inch production line to provide no less than 2 million micro display screen products with a contract amount of approximately 400 million yuan for high-end products jointly developed by the three party joint laboratories.
